Membership Models

LoanKit is offering brokers a choice of two membership models designed to suit independent brokers and broker groups.

1. Aggregation (non-exclusive) Service

This very popular model is available to brokers who wish to retain a select group of lender relationships, supplementing it with the LoanKit panel of lenders. As a flat fee model you retain 100% of your upfront and trail commission payments as made by the lender. LoanKit charges a processing fee for each upfront and trail payment made through their lender agreements.

There is also a small monthly service fee however it is only payable in months with low settlement volumes.

Included in this service is a complete range of facilities:

  • LoanKit CRM software with communication templates and accurate loan qualifier tools
  • Electronic lodgement software, integrated into LoanKit's CRM
  • Regular client newsletters automatically distributed on your behalf
  • Exclusive Homekit Client software for budgeting, loan tracking and property analysis
  • Free emails and SMS* from within LoanKit
  • Commission splitting and automatic reminders integrated into the LoanKit technology
  • Professional Development days and training in the LoanKit CRM
Brokers using the Aggregation service can be confident that their commission is safe as LoanKit is backed by its publicly listed parent Mortgage Choice Limited.

Aggregation (non-exclusive) members also have access to additional services including:

  • Risk-free leads, paid for in arrears
  • Choice of Marketing and Public Relations programs to generate leads and presence in your local community
  • Training in a variety of business skills including Office Technology and Recruitment
  • Referral Marketing program

2. LEASE the Technology

Independent broker groups have in the past been forced to use an aggregator's panel if they want to benefit from their other services. Not so with LoanKit. Our lender panel is only part of what we have to offer and we recognise that not every group wants or needs to use it.

If you already have lender agreements in place and are looking for a CRM solution from a responsive business partner then the Leasing option will suit you. Retain all of your agreements whilst utilizing the LoanKit CRM software and IT support. Then choose further options based on the services that can best help you to grow or streamline your business.
